Pet Policy

Dogs and cats are permissible. Pets must be 85 pounds or under when fully grown with a maximum of two pets per home. A $200 pet deposit and a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet are required. Pet rent is $25 per month for one pet and $50 per month for two.
